My name is Tiffany Huett. I am 25 years old. I attended Phoenix Therapeutic Massage College in 2004 (now called Cortiva Institute, in South Scottsdale). I graduated and was licensed in 2005. Prior to practicing independantly, I worked in a Chiropractor's office.
The best way to describe my massage? I specialize in therapy for pain/stress relief, muscle discomfort/tightness, anxiety, and structural problems, but I can also provide a Swedish/relaxing style massage, as well as prenatal (pregnancy) massage and reflexology for the feet! I can also be contacted to work on children (with parental supervision) as well as the elderly. Of course, everyone has different needs, especially when it comes to how much pressure they can handle, so of course I am flexible to meet everyone's specific needs, as long as your massage requests are of a therapeutic nature. Generally in my massages, I utilize deep tissue and trigger point techniques, mixed with swedish elements and some stretching, to make the massage comfortable and relaxing. Just because therapeutic work is being done does not mean the massage should actually "hurt" you. The best part about my massage therapy style is that I am VERY thorough and can successfully find the correct spots to work and the correct techniques to provide more long-term pain and stress relief to my clients. If I am utilized by my clients correctly and they schedule regular appts with me, over time they notice far less pain and discomfort, corrections to their structure/posture, better sleep, an overall healthier feeling and happier attitude, and they feel more resilient to daily physical and mental stressors. The vast majority of my clients have told me my massage is the best, or one of the best, they have ever had!
